This Denier ends with “there are a lot of mysteries out there”.

Really…? The DENIER does declare that global warming is a fact….it also declares that the season have shifted, summers last longer and hotter….and climate change effects the timing of fall rain storms…and trees are dying and distressed. But it still is a “mystery”.

It is amazing how even in defense of climate change as a fact, proponents decline into works like “mystery” for example when referring to the huge winds that presently are burning California into what is certainly NOT a mystery!

The word mystery is used, because science cannot conclusively explain the high winds which encourages climate change denial.

MYSTERY? REALLY?

Common sense says that the high winds, boosted by a high pressure zone that has been been fed by the hottest summer on record, IS climate change!

Ok, here is empirical evidence one…when a branch is blown off a tree near you, and practically all of you have had this happen in the past few days, carefully (when the wind stops) go out and inspect the break point.

Balsa Wood…that is what you will feel…the tree is so dry that it feels like the balsa wood model airplanes used to be made of.

No moisture at all….none.

This happens when the tree is in long distress due to heat and lack of water. Beginning botany: All plants conserve water by, in drought times, and hot times, directing all the moisture it can to the roots…because if the roots die the tree dies.

That is why the leaves fall in the FALL…it is waiting for the rainy season so it sheds its leaves in preparation for the life giving rain that replenishes the tree, allows for fertilization etc etc in the spring.

We even name the time of the year FALL, because of the natural cycle of trees!

It is the life sustaining photosynthesis of the tree, taking in CO2 and producing oxygen that is why we are alive.

And the less trees there are the more CO2 is not converted,.

A dead tree, premature death due to climate change, is one more dead animal, or thousands of deaths. Species are dying at an alarming rate right now…and that is no mystery.

We deforested vast areas in a headlong rush of greed in the last two hundred years, and then just 100 years ago, a tick of time in earth’s legacy, man discovered that petroleum could run trains, cars, trucks and ships…Oh also make lots of plastics!

And the capitalist miracle took place, as usual with no foresight; as the climate changed in millisecond of earth time.

100 years and mankind has changed the climate and not in a good way.

And now, thanks to the technology man created, we KNOW what we did.

And typically, we refuse to acknowledge it. We listen to false prophets (liars) who claim it is all our imagination. We take a head in the sand supported by writers who call, what any idiot can see, the mystery of hurricane force winds when there is not hurricane!

It isn’t a mystery of course…just check what the tree is screaming at us at it dies….as they die we die.

There is not mystery here; only misery!
