THE CASTE SYSTEM IS BEHIND EFFORTS TO DESTROY US

“Activist courts, appointed by Republicans, continue to force their religious interpretations on a population rapidly losing faith in the judicial branch of the American government. Less than half of Americans now report having “a great or fair amount” of trust in the judiciary, according to a 2022 Gallup poll. The ACLU has argued persuasively that a conservative-led U.S. Supreme Court has all but discarded the First Amendment’s religious clauses in a way that is “threatening both the independence of religion and the religious neutrality of the state.”

The result is that women and birthing people — and especially women of color — cannot depend on their government to protect their life, liberty or pursuit of happiness.”

“And especially women of color”….that is the lynchpin of what conservatives are pushing now.

Now, the bridge to reality: What is the ultimate aim is fascism. Fascism attacks castes that “upper castes” hate. The upper caste finds everything they can to keep the lower caste “in its place”.

This all started many years ago, like 1865. But it got worse when President Obama was elected President. As I have written several times, Donald Trump got his engine of hate going by attacking a black President, especially during election time. That didn’t work so Trump started using the slogan, MAGA (Make America Great Again).

To the formerly segregated south this meant return segregation, again bring back the caste of “NIgger”.

Then President picked a Vice President of color and a woman at that.

The racist and fascist Republican Party, led by Trump, was energized. to select right wing racist Supreme Court justices….who promised, to get selected, to attack women, women of color, and abortion.

Any way to kill a lower caste is the aim, albeit hidden, but in some cases right out in front.

The victim of this racism is the judicial system, and its neutrality.

Coupled with that is January 6, when Trump literally called for and led an Insurrection, breaking the law many ways and the Constitution. For the first time in history, the President of the United States led a bank of outlaws, waving the Confederate Flag (Civil War) in an attempt that killed police, to overturn a legal election.

In most nations in the world that would be a “coup”. And “coups” that fail, usually result in the killing of the leader under law, or at least jail.

Hitler tried the same thing in 1929, leading an insurrection that failed, and was convicted of insurrection and went to jail. Hitler wrote “Mein Kampf” in jail….

Currently Trump is involved in many trials and is desperately trying to find ways to slow it down, so he can claim immunity for a crime he committed years ago.

The lag in justice is noticed by those who have been incarcerated unjustly, who don’t have the money to hire legions of lawyers (like Trump).

I use the analogy of a young African American or Native American, or Chinese, or …..who steals a chocolate bar from a Seven Eleven, and is sentenced to 5 years in prison.

Trump led an effort to overthrow the government with violence and nothing has happened to him.

Ever wonder why the law is being broken all the time, why the anger, why the violence.

The Fascist caste led by the Republican Party is in fact weakening the law and order they always wave as their flag!

It just is very wrong. It must be stopped.
