And so it goes. The planet is threatened by a pandemic that is taking the industrial nations apart. It does not discriminate, it kills regardless of who you are.

However, because of racism and prejudice, it effects poor people of color more harshly.

Kind of like the planted Small Pox blankets that General Sherman ordered given to recalcitrant Sioux women and children.

Disease was a racist tool used to kill Native Americans and take their land.

Now, suddenly we are all faced with the same thing, a pandemic like no other.

I hope you have all read that this was predicted. That the warming of the climate would encourage a series of pandemics coupled with an over populated and polluted world; that would wreck havoc on mankind.

And so it goes. Suddenly the culture shock, the hopeless felling that for all our riches and technology, we stand humbled by nature.

And so it goes. Suddenly our lives are turned upside down. The ordinary is gone…we seek communion with one another, but have to do it with Zoom. Our screens have become our portal peaking out a prison.

And so it goes. The gnawing thought that the Seventh Generation Prophecy, that foretold a disaster for the Western European conquerors, is coming true. Suddenly all the power on earth cannot conquer a thing we cannot even see.

And so it goes. We cannot find leadership, the circle is broken, we wander in a wilderness of fear and remorse.
