“It had been widely expected the panel would recommend charges against Trump for obstructing an official proceeding of Congress and conspiracy to defraud the United States. The panel’s members had already argued in federal court that they believed it was likely that he committed those two felonies. But the addition of an accusation of insurrection was a new development.”

Finally some sanity…

For the past two years, we have watched as law and order takes a bath of cynicism…

The foot soldiers of this insurrection (and it was an insurrection in every way), have been prosecuted for their criminal activities. But the insurrection master mind leader has heretofore gone untouched.

The committee has concluded its investigation, and the evidence is overwhelming.

Trump even famously tried to accompany the mob that he had organized; only the Secret Service stopped him. There is overwhelming evidence that Trump knew some of the conspirators were ARMED.

This is leading an armed insurrection against the government of the United States. The Civil War laws passed for such a thing intentionally included prior and some present Federal Government personnel who had been a part in the classic rebellion.

Nothing is more an insurrection that a rebellion. January 6,the Confederate Flag was prominently displayed and the cries of. insurrection rebellion can be heard on the videos that actually show the insurrection from a start to finish.

In short, the evidence is damning. Millions of Americans watched the crime being enacted with the goal of overturning a legal election….

Trump must be put on trial for this as a classic insurrection!

This needs to go to a Grand Jury with indictments for the ring leaders; and Trump was and is the leader of that.

His speech before the storm is damning evidence that he is behind the whole thing…the committee has hard evidence of ARMED insurrection that has already landed over 500 insurrectionists in jail.

So how on earth can the ringleader go free?

The integrity of the United States justice system is at stake. If Trump is not indicted and tried, then we will have an insurrection every time an election causes a loser; and our democracy will end.

This is NOT the Oxbow Incident…this is a well thought out and fair finding of facts; now it is up to the Justice System to prosecute.

Trump has already brazenly declared he is running for President…that raises the horror of him pardoning all the culprits including himself..that will end our democracy as we know it.

RALLY FOR GOD’S SAKE RALLY, SEND THE JUSTICE DEPARTMENT PLEAS TO INDICT TRUMP AND HIS HENCHMEN…..

AND THEN HAVE A FAIR TRIAL, SOMETHING TRUMP WOULD NOT PROVIDE FOR US IF HE GETS OFF….

The laws that are being used by the Committee and hopefully by the Justice Department were all drafted out of the Civil War…Lincoln was not in the mood to continue the conflict in the courts, and effectively was going to order a limited stay of. justice, but he was killed before such a edict could be done.

Johnson, the Vice President was a confederate sympathizer, and acted to end any chance to enact the insurrection laws that were passed during the Civil War.

Those laws are still on the books, and some were followed before our entry into WWI, when alleged insurrectionists who were American Citizens, were indicted for insurrection. Those attempts failed allowing some German Agents to go free, because some of the arrests were citizens enacting their free speech rights…some were put in jail by the way….Conscientious Objectors….

But some were really the bad guys.

After Pearl Harbor AN ENTIRE RACIAL GROUP, JAPANESE AMERICANS, WERE SENT TO CONCENTRATION CAMPS IN A TRUE MISCARRIAGE OF JUSTICE…TO A PERSON THEY WERE NOT GUILTY, BUT ROOSEVELT’S EXECUTIVE ORDER (BASED ON THOSE SAME INSURRECTION CIVIL WAR LAWS) COMMITTED A GOVERNMENTAL MISCARRIAGE OF JUSTICE.

CAN YOU IMAGINE HOW JAPANESE AMERICANS FEEL WHEN THEY SEE WHITE INSURGENTS. GET OFF, WHILE WWII actions against NON EXISTENT JAPANESE AMERICAN “SPIES” who were American citizens were prosecuted…based on the Civil War laws.

I HOPE MY JAPANESE AMERICANS FRIENDS REALIZE THIS UNFAIRNESS AND DEMAND THE GOVERNMENT INDICT THE RINGLEADERS OF A REAL INSURRECTION!

Finally, the assassination of Lincoln was investigated partly as an insurrection and some ringleaders (tragically one for sure was innocent) were tried and hung.

So the laws are there, they just have remained dormant because up until January 6 there had been no insurrection activity; safe some in the Vietnam War. Like the “Ox Bow Incident” justice is a sometimes relative thing, and it shouldn’t be

All of us should be subject to the laws legally enacted and objective…just because the President (for like two more weeks) planned it is not. Executive Privilege; it is not a dodge to get away. with an insurrection!

THERE IS EVIDENCE THAT TRUMP PROMISED THE RINGLEADERS THAT ONCE HE BECAME PRESIDENT AGAIN (AND HE MIGHT) HE WILL PARDON ALL OF HIS FOLLOWERS AT JANUARY 6! IN SHORT HE KNOWS THAT IF INDICTMENTS ARE MADE, HE IS IN REAL TROUBLE!

It is time to Indict Trump for his crimes, and hopefully a jury of his peers will find him guilty…

The laws are there, use them!
