He Does Not have Immunity, for the crimes he commits.

“It’s not just that they were false. It’s not that the defendant has been hauled into a courtroom because the prosecution doesn’t like what he said,” Wakeford said, adding that Trump is free to express his opinion and make legitimate protests. “What he is not allowed to do is to employ his speech and his expression and his statements as part of a criminal conspiracy to violate Georgia’s RICO statute, to impersonate public officers, to file false documents, to make false statements to the government.”

The madness continues. Trump can say anything he want, as if he still was the President.

Fact: Trump is a regular citizen (too bad) and is subject to all the laws, including making threats etc. There is absolutely no protection for his threats as a regular citizen. Fact is there is no protection even as the President. The Constitution is clear that the President is a regular citizen under the law.

Fact: Trump’s lawyers are all horrible people. I suggest boycotting them. They have sold their souls.

We just cannot abide Trump anymore…..
